Your data could have been disabled for 2 reasons:
- You must maintain account balance to a minimum of 100 USD value in order to maintain live connection .
- You did not login during the month, so we disable the data to avoid any billing/fees for the next month, since you are not logging in.
If reason 1, please make a deposit to bring your account balance above 100. You will receive an email to re-enable your Live Trading Data.
If reason 2, let us know you are ready to start trading again...and we will provide you the link to to re-enable your Live Trading Data.
