All New & Existing Traders using these CQG data-feed must execute the CQG EULA in order to continue accessing the CQG trade routing and data-feed.
You will use your existing Live AMP/CQG Trading Login Credentials: Username/Password.
>If you do NOT know your existing Username/Password (for example, your CQG Live Connection has been setup in your trading platform so long as an auto login that you do not know the current password) please reply back to the email notice you received with text "Reset CQG Credentials" We will manually reset your password and provide to you in order for you to login to complete the CQG EULA <If we reset your password, you will need to update your Live Connection in your trading platform to the NEW/Reset Password we provide you>
In order to activate your Live CQG Trading Credentials, prior to logging, you must 1st login to execute the CQG EULA - https://my.cqg.com/signin
After activating your CQG Live Trading Credentials, you will be able to use your credentials on any trading platform connected via AMP/CQG.
If you have not done this already, when you attempt to login to the trading platform, CQG will prompt "pop-up message" directing you to complete this EULA.
When you login the CQG EULA and do NOT automatically get the EULA document popup > you get only the option to change your password. This means you have already completed the EULA and no further action is required.
This is what you will see if you have ALREADY Submitted the EULA - No further Action is Required.
Change password is NOT required.
If you change your password in the my.cqg portal - this will change your CQG live Trading Credentials, so you will need to remember what you change the password and then...update your trading platform to the same password you just set in the my.cqg portal.

Please understand, that if you change your password here, it will change your LIVE Trading Credentials > you will need to update your Trading Platform Live Connection to the new password.

Just got BIG HELP from Sierra Chart Developers. Updated SC Version 1872 . To download, select Help >> Download Current Version
A new release that will automatically launch the CQG end-user license agreement into the web browser, with the correct URL so the password will not be needed. Just simply accept and then Sierra Chart will connect after.
Anyone who has any trouble connecting to CQG and running Sierra Chart > Please restart Sierra Chart and follow the system notification message which pops up on startup for instructions.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNCHECK - "RECONNECT on FAILURE" while making the Password Update. (it is causing your CQG Live Credentials to Get Locked Out)
If you need to do it manually, you can find your password by Opening your Sierra Chart Trading Platform > going to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings within Sierra Chart and enabling Show Passwords and you will see it displayed on the left.
